His philosophy on fighting is "You Can't Hurt, What You Can't Hit" This new combination of exercise fitness and martial arts is a reflection of Master Al Quiceno's two word fighting philosophy: "Distraction and Destruction"! It is simple for anyone to master and hard enough for any one who goes against it.
